Associate degree (two-year) in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Demonstrated experience in general bookkeeping practices, including processing deposits, maintaining financial records, and reconciling accounts accurately and in a timely manner.

Proven experience in data entry and the ongoing maintenance of electronic data systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficiency in technology applications, including effective use of spreadsheet software and other standard office programs.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet established deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive, professional working relationships with school staff, administrators, and district personnel.
